Project: Skateboard Club Vienna

The Skateboard Club Vienna, a 1,500m² indoor skatepark, presented a dual challenge: difficult acoustics and diverse audio requirements. Partnering with Pansound, we prioritized reducing the reverberation time from 3.5 to 1.5 seconds using 250 Siléncio 40/50 ceiling panels and 60m² of wall-mounted Siléncio panels for broadband and low-end absorption.

The sound solution includes 14 Stinger 15 G3 and 4 Stinger 10 G3 speakers, powered by RAM Audio MDi8 and Audac EPA-Series amplifiers. A Xilica Solaro QR audio matrix manages five independently controlled zones via iPad and Xilica’s X-Touch software. The system supports background music, DJ sets, and speech intelligibility, offering seamless streaming via WiFi or Bluetooth. The result is a skatepark with impeccable acoustics and a flexible sound system that elevates the experience for its up to 600 guests.
